Brand new canyon Denali 3,000 miles check engine light came on. I brought it in Thursday before Memorial Day and you guys said it was a knock sensor code and reset it. I left and 15miles down the road it came back on. I called back and was told no loaner car was available yet and they would call me when it was ready. I had a 1:00 doctors appointment and the light was still on enroute to the appointment but turned off when I started the truck to leave. Called and informed that the light went off and I would drive it the weekend till you had a loaner ready for me and keep an eye on it. You guys insisted it still needs to have the knock sensor changed and need to bring it in. I got a call at 4:30 saying that the loaner car was ready and if I could make it by 5:30 we could swap vehicles. Upon arrival I was given a filthy vehicle covered in bird dropping from front to back and the inside had frosting and garbage all inside the vehicle. I spent 1&1/2 hours cleaning it just so I could drive it without hiding my face. The fix for my truck is still unclear but 200 miles were put on my vehicle! To me that is extremely excessive for a test drive and if all that you were going to do is drive it to see if the light came on again I could have done that and report any issue. I picked my truck up Friday May29 and still don’t have any paperwork because no one could find any and I was told it would be emailed to me and I still don’t have any record of what was done to my truck or the amount of miles that was put on my vehicle that is a lease. I have time stayed photos and have my own record so if I am over on miles I have it documented the amount of service miles put on my truck. Horrible communication with the service advisor and the knock sensor was never replaced like I was told was the reason for me to bring it in. So the bottom line is you drove an unreasonable amount of miles on my truck and did no actual work that is documented because I still have no paperwork!

Leith GMC in Wendell has always given me the best service. I have been coming to them for almost 20 years. The Staff is friendly, professional, and concerned about making sure my experience is more than satisfactory. Ryan, Brandi, and Travis are wonderful Service Advisors. Jeff is an outstanding Service Manager. Lilly and Renee's smiling faces and bubbling personalities make me feel right at home. Ryan goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what is going on with my vehicle and what can be done to keep it running smoothly. He is very patient with me and always willing to help. The dealership offers competitive pricing and I can always count on Ryan to service my vehicle in a timely manner. I enjoy having the dealership take care of all my vehicle needs.
