From being welcomed by name, prompt service, updates by service (including video) of our car, further explanation and timing by our service rep, Brandy and a return call in the evening by Lilly explaining we were charged incorrectly and she had already sent a refund. As out of town guests who visit often, we would highly recommend this dealership and service department
