Excellent service! The experience was fast and convenient, and having a service advisor who genuinely cares and isn’t miserable felt refreshing. I have visited many dealers where staff simply rush you through, so this was a welcome change.

All of the service people are exceptional. Travis has been my service advisor now for quite a while and he has a wonderful person.

Overall the process moved quickly. Unfortunately I was sold starguard, which I did not want. I thought it was some type of interior and paint protection. It turns out to be a LoJack system, which OnStar already does. I was also sold an extended warranty which I did not need. It covers 6 years 100k miles. I bought a diesel which has 5 years 100k miles.
