All around my experience wasn’t bad. I build houses so I know how customer service works especially with certain details. I spent a lot of money on this vehicle, so I did a thorough walk through of the vehicle as well. I found 4 scratches to the paint and 2 heavy scratches on the plastic on both drivers seat and passenger seats. I asked if we could get them taken care of. I was told yeah they would reach out, so I decided to go through and take pictures of all items with time stamped before leaving the dealership. I then asked the sales guy if he was going to take pictures and he scrambled and maybe took 2 photos not all of the photos which rubbed me wrong. Seemed like they were just trying to get us to leave instead of taking care of my concerns. I bought the truck Friday 8/15 Nick said he would reach back out so I am still waiting to hear when this can be done. I have a feeling I will have to reach out to check on this. I also left not feeling fully prepped on how to work the technology and the app. As I said before seemed like once the paperwork was done they just wanted us to leave.

Vehicle picked up at my home and returned same day with it being serviced and a recall taken care of . So convenient and efficient! Thank you for the excellent service!

We had a wonderful experience. From being welcomed by name, prompt service, updates by service (including video) of our car, further explanation and timing by our service rep, Brandy and a return call in the evening by Lilly explaining we were charged incorrectly and she had already sent a refund. As out of town guests who visit often, we would highly recommend this dealership and service department
